3.Do you accept sample order or trial order?
Yes,welcome to place a sample order or trial order.

4.Can you help me my own design?How about the sample fee and sample time?
Sure,we have a professional development team to design new item.And we are made OEM/ODM 
item for many customers.The sample fee is chared according the material and size of the 
product.

5.How do you ship the goods?
We arrange the shipment as customer's requested.For large quantity order,we advise to ship 
by sea,and small quantity order,we advise to ship by courier company like DHL or UPS.

6.What about the shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the order quantity and the way of shipping.You can /confirm/i 
everything with our sales representative when you want to order.You can also arrange the 
shipment by yourself.
